After our 2 year old home was on market for 100 days, Kelly and team almost let this deal flop. They allowed the buyer to invoke their unilateral extension on the day of closing (still don't know the reason why they were allowed too) and we found out as we were landing in ATL to close on the home since we are now out of state. This company is full of part timers and it shows. Kelly also gave our security code out to another agent for a showing, huge red flag! My wife and I did all the calling to figure out if our home was going to close or not. Just an absolute mess. Not a single congrats to us either after the home did close. Totally unprofessional.
