Crowne at Live Oak Square

Just moved in about 2 months ago and I am very impressed! The maintenance team has been on top of everything and gets things done in a timely manner, the groundskeeper keeps the complex clean and looking nice, and the office people are incredibly helpful with any questions I throw their way. So so so happy with my choice to live here

We have lived at the Crowne for about 8 months and have loved it so far. The maintenance and office team are very helpful whenever we need anything. It is the perfect location between Kiawah and downtown! The bars and coffee shops in walking distance are a great perk!

We moved in a month ago and Lily and the rest of staff have been so helpful and accommodating. Any small work orders we have had have been completed in a timely manner! We love using the espresso machine in the clubhouse and taking advantage of the resident events. This is a perfect location if you enjoy walking to get a coffee or bite to eat! Would recommend this community to anyone!

Cassandra was SO sweet and so warm. Me and my boyfriend came here to look at the apartments to see if this is where we want to settle down, Cassandra was the one who gave us our tour. She made the experience so personal and in depth, she answered all of our questions and already made this place feel right at home. She made our experience flow smoothly, stress free and filled with joy. looking forward to calling this place home and seeing all of the happy faces that work here. Thank you so much Cassandra you were an absolute pleasure!!! (Someone needs to give this girl a raise because she is above and beyond amazing at her job!)

We’ve been here for a few years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon because we love it so much! Everyone is very nice, the property is super pretty (LOVE the pool area), tons of fun cafes and coffee places to walk to, and maintenance is always really quick to come!
