Crowne at Cary Park

Great new complex, nice European look, everything is clean. Management seems to be very attentive and issues are resolved quickly. Maintenance guy was very helpful on resolving some minor things. Top floors have vaulted ceilings, which you have to pay for, fireplace is also adds up to your monthly payment. There is no range hood (kitchen exhaust vent) to catch smells and grease from cooking. It would cost a little bit of investment and would keep the apartments free of grease and smell in the long run. All I have is non-venting recirculating fan in microwave which doesn't do much. 4/11/19 update (after 6 months of living). July will make a year since I’ve lived out here. The area is nice. Walking distance to a lot of places. Apartments itself are nice. The staff and maintenance team are nice however my living experience itself has been miserable. After months of dealing with some challenges with my first apartment and no resolution, I transferred. Moved to my second apartment and it’s even worse. All day & night, even 3-4am my neighbors sound like they are going to come through the ceiling, yelling etc. I am very surprised at my experience. At this point, it is useless to say anything to management. I wanted to break my lease however the fees are CRAZY! I am counting down the days until my move out.

Having been here for three months now, I can finally write an honest review. Staff are very friendly and very responsive. All your questions are answered immediately. Maintenance is prompt as well. Clean and plenty of parking available. Good views and quite neighborhood. Apartment itself is very clean and good equipment. The gym is also very well maintained and well equipped. Overall, very satisfied with the experience here!

It has been a week since we moved to Crowne, and the experience has been wonderful so far. The apartments, hallways, and overall community are impeccably clean, and there’s plenty of parking space available. The leasing office staff is exceptionally friendly, with Gigi being particularly helpful. I especially love the gym and the business center. The business center is accessible 24/7, and having a printer available for residents is a great bonus. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience. The only minor downside has been the noise from the upstairs neighbors—sometimes the walking creates quite a thud, which can be a bit loud. However, I believe this is something we can work through in the coming days.

My boyfriend and I just recently moved to Cary from Texas and toured Crowne back in February. As soon as we walked the complex, we were both in awe of how amazing it was. Something about it just felt like home! We fell in love with the Berkeley floor plan due to it's high ceilings, large kitchen, open concept and so much more. Other than the apartments themselves, we were SO impressed by the staff here! Gigi gave us the tour and was so eager to get us the unit we wanted. Throughout the entire process, she was always willing to answer our calls and questions despite how many there were. Since moving in to our apartment, we have been met with nothing but open arms.
