Crown Village Apartments

Such an amazing little complex. I have been here well over a year and this little complex is family. It’s so special to have a little adopted family and a safe Environment. The property manager is such a sweet lady. She is always on time to fix or help your needs. Thank you Isabel for such a lovely job you do here at Crownover Village. I do not see my self going anywhere any time soon. Also the apartments are located in such a nice area for quiet walks in the evening. The neighborhood is so amazing, everyone is so pleasant. It’s not too far from places to eat, or shopping. It’s such an amazing spot because all of your needs and wants are just minutes away.

All I can say about this community is that I always felt safe at night. Everyone that lives there is very nice and looks out for each other. It was a joy to have the manager so on hands her name is Isabel. The apartment upkeep is very well maintained for being an older building. Great prices for locations

The manager was always very respectful and helpful. The complex is small and quiet and tucked away in a cute little neighborhood. It does neighbor a larger complex that is less quiet but it never caused any issue. I always felt safe when walking to and from the bus stop on long point. I’m going to miss living here but it’s time to move closer to work. I would highly recommend however.

I was living with my fiance for about 5 months, and I had the worst experience. Manager Isabel was very rude. She would text at anytime and day. She called the cops on residence cause she thought the music was too loud. She also threaded my fiance about having a grown son. And anytime we needed something to be done her excuse was that she was only part time manager. She had no respect towards other people guests. There is never parking. After our contract ended she wanted to raise the rent for$100 more of the rent. And she started charching $50 for a parking when a having a 2 bedroom apartment.

This little apartment Community is so pleasant to live at. It has such a peace and safe feeling living here. It’s Gated so I feel safe knowing my vehicle is safe. I love how everyone stays to there self and has respect for one another. Usually the apartments I used to live at in the past was always someone unruly, unpleasant, and always people partying. That is something I can’t stand. And “Crown Village” Apartments is completely opposite. No in and out traffic at night, no loud music or fighting. It’s just amazing. I have been here 8months and when my lease comes up to sign again, I’m definitely signing. Thanks Isabel for being here also. If it wasn’t for you I would have burned up. You got right to my AC being out and within couple of hr I had guys replacing it and cold AC. Your amazing.
