Crown Villa Apartments

Very poor customer service. I’ve stopped by several times for a tour, checking the website for availability and each time , even when the site states there is availability, I am greeted with a very nice nasty person who states there’s nothing available, or the website isn’t updated, however the next time I visit for assistance she states the website is updated regularly, and to just stop by at the top of month. However when I’ve done that I’m brushed off or called to schedule an appointment vs wasting my time to view and no one answered the door or phone . I have never been treated in such a way and it’s very uncomfortable and unacceptable especially when the apartment otherwise had come strongly recommended. TERRIBLE customer service. Called and asked about a space available to tour and was told to come the next day. I showed up at the schedule time and was turned away at the door stating they already sold it.

I'm so in love with my townhouse that I hate to leave it when it's time to go to work! 😂 It's so comfortable and relaxing and I am the most happiest I've been in a while! The management makes you feel like you belong there and I couldn't be much more happier and feel welcomed! If you want to clean quiet relaxing atmosphere and close to everything this is where you need to live!

I've lived in these apartments around 5 years time. It's a very quiet apartment complex. It's location is excellent (very close to grocery store, fast food, laundry mat etc). The office staff is polite and I've always felt like a valued tenant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on Southside Savannah.

Never answer the phone from either properties how do you expect to get tenants? Rude to hang up the phone on a potential tenant. Unprofessional
