I am writing this review with great disappointment regarding the service provided by your Escrow Officer, Jennifer Perez. My recent experience with Crown Title has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Throughout my 5 years in real estate, I have conducted numerous closings with various title companies, and I must say that the lack of responsiveness and efficiency demonstrated by Jennifer Perez is unprecedented. Communication has been a major issue, as it takes weeks for her to respond to emails requesting updates. This prolonged delay in providing essential information is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the professionalism of your company. I have closed over 100 homes and have never experienced what my clients and I experienced at this title company. What was meant to be a happy day was ruined by the lack of professionalism and customer service provided. As I type this we are 3 hours sitting in the waiting room past our appointment time. It is absurd. Their only response is blaming the lender (we confirmed lender had docs in a timely manner). There is another couple next to us that have been here 4 hours! No wonder they have a police officer in their waiting room! This is so upsetting to so many people. Please stop scheduling appointments if you can't keep appointments. The only thing the receptionist is saying to everybody here is that they are working on it. Do better Crown Title!!! Most unprofessional closing I have EVER

So this company was used by my builder, and recently I go and try to refinance my loan. I am a 100 percent disabled vet and showed that I owed 1584 in property taxes so I call them and send the bill to them to see why. So apparently they said they gave me a tax credit so I would have to pay the bill. Now send this to me in email showing that you gave me a credit and the rep on the phone said she is not going to send it to me in email. So you want me to pay something you did not inform me of at closing without showing where this credit is at. Ha sorry excuse for a company and worse your workers. I should have known when they where a problem from the beginning to look for someone outside of the builder. I went through my paperwork and nothing about a credit is in there. I will be heading to

Crown Title SHOULD NOT be in business AT ALL. Poor Communication and Follow-up. Poor work quality and extremely horrible work ethic. They are a shady title company or an incompetent one. Very disappointed working with Crown Title, Cornerstone Mortgage with Bonita Solis Team, and Castlerock Builders in servicing clients with their New Home.

Would give a zero if I could also. Worst tile I've ever laid. So much breakage just from shipping. Terrible tile. DO NOT USE. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR LIFETILE OR ANY OTHER.
