Do not live in any of the properties there are a bunch of scammers who don’t respond to people’s email and calls . I’ve been waiting for my deposit From Laguna Gardens And still no check according to the Florida law within 30 days am supposed to receive my check which they have breached the contract. I try to email them several times. I’m being ignored other tenants also have the same issues of them not getting their check waiting since July to receive our money now we in November ,it’s not your money for you to keep it’s my money it doesn’t make sense for me to keep having to go run around trying to figure out when I’m supposed to receive my check when I asked for confirmation or tracking number to see if my check was ever sent I’m being ignored. don’t live at old town pompano - Their building is full of cameras and their employees won’t turn over camera footage to the sheriffs of my cars glass being broken right in front of their building. I’m also a tenant! I’m thinking to break my lease and move out also.

Does not respond to phone or emails. I’ve been trying to reach them for months regarding a commission check for a rental that they manage. So unprofessional. They owe me money!
