DO NOT RENT FROM CROWN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT. They thrive on robbing people of their security deposits. They will lie and make things up so they can keep the deposit. Everything in the units are broken and disgusting. Robbed me for 1400$ now I’m forced to file in small claimed court. If you do rent from these people keep all your receipts and correspondence like text and emails. You’re gonna need it. They never fixed any issues. I was givin the option to move (so convenient) as they kept my deposit. Half the stuff they are charging me for I’m not responsible for.

IF I COULD PUT ZEERO STARS I WOULD. These people are awful they never get back with you on anything. When we moved out we left the apartment clean with no destruction to property. They took our $1500. Deposit and also added $600.00 to pay on top of deposit. When we were moving out one of the front office lady said that she was moving in to that apartment. She also did the inspection prior to our move out. I guess she wanted a brand new apartment on our dime. I would never do business with these people they’re crooks and will take your money. Not to mention the property was always awful looking. AVOID THIS PROPERTY COMPANY.

They have always been super friendly and helpful with anything that I may need.
