Crown Pointe Apartments

I recently moved here after getting out of a relationship, and I actually love living here. It’s quiet, peaceful, and super close to my workplace. The 1 bed 1 bath is cute, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out my unit has a fireplace. They also let you see the unit before signing, which was so nice! I only wish the floors were hardwood and the appliances/sinks were newer, but otherwise the place is great. Move-in was quick and easy, and the property manager, Paris, is wonderful. The only thing that sucks is that people aren’t picking up after their dogs and there’s no real incentive to keep it from happening. I also had a couple issues with my heater and my sink filling up when the washer drained, but maintenance handled both quickly and communication was great. I’ve only just moved

Used to be great. Absolutely abysmal now. Today is the second day in a row that the apartment complex turned off our water with no notice. It cost over $1000 a month to be treated like a nuisance and to get no notice when you’re not going to have water. Literally find anywhere else to live. It’s not worth paying this much anymore. It used to be about four years ago when I moved in, but this place has completely gone downhill. And the worst part is, they are completely unapologetic about their horrific service. The staff simply doesn’t care and it’s obvious. You can tell right here on the reviews. They only respond to the positive ones. They completely ignore the critical ones, just like they ignore the problems that they have.

I had a leaking cold-water faucet in a bathroom and requested a service repair. Omar O. was the technician. He was very conscientious of his work in getting the job done correctly (a new sink was required as well-it was also replaced) and was very polite, asking for permission to access different areas or things before completing the repairs. Thank you, Omar, Great Job!

Before renting the apartment, I was expecting the house to be delivered to me completely, 5 months have passed and they have not completed the deficiencies of the house. Some electronic devices do not work or are old. There is an incredibly bad smell coming from the toilet, I have cleaned it many times and it does not go away. They say they will help every time, but they do not care. If you want a peaceful life, I do not recommend these apartments to you.

I’ve lived here currently going on two years and as long as you pay your rent on time you won’t hear from anyone, just like any other landlord/corporation. I’ve had to pay my rent late, including all the late fees they have, numerous times due to the economy, but I paid every cent. I’m clean and mind my business. Recently I’ve had a new upstairs neighbors move in and it’s been absolutely miserable. They have a pet who is constantly running all around the apartment for over 45 minutes to an hour or longer, every now and then he has a child that comes on the weekends. It’s also doing the same thing. I’ve complained numerous times and nothing is done about it. When they were preparing the apartment for use. It was extremely loud when they were laying in the carpet and I wasn’t given a courtes
