Crown Point Townhomes

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! We moved here in April. My husband & I put deposits down on a unit we have toured. We told them when filling out the application when we needed to move in. Well 2 days before we needed to be out of our house we were in we get a call from them saying that the unit we walked was sold to someone else and that we would have to wait a week or so for another upgraded unit. I was livid after talking with the property manager at the time( Faith). We were able to get into a unit that was (almost) done as long as we’re were okay with them working on a couple things the week after we moved in. NOT ONE THING HAS BEEN FIXED SINCE APRIL. We went the first 2 weeks without hot water and our Ac has went out 3 times since April. ive had to get the health department and still they don’t

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I moved in on a Friday and had a few small issues come up. By chance, I emailed the property manager, Faith, not even expecting a response on a Saturday—but to my surprise, she responded right away! Faith was so caring and considerate, and even sent the emergency maintenance man, Ty, who was absolutely awesome. He joked and laughed with my family while fixing everything and made sure our needs were met. Faith even followed up with me on a Sunday to ensure everything was taken care of. I couldn’t ask for a better community to live in—love the environment, the values, and the people already!!

Sad to have to change my review. I would rate a zero if I could. This company needs to start all over. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed. Nobody does what they are supposed to do. Been waiting on maintenance since last year for many issues. Even with new management and maintenance, still no one has fixed anything! I’ve personally come into the office to address my concerns, I’ve called, I’ve emailed. Constantly being ignored and I’m tired of it! Lied to about when maintenance is coming. We follow our lease agreement and Crownpoint does not follow through with their part. There’s no way I’ve had mold growing in my unit since last year!! It doesn’t matter who is in that office because nothing is being done. This is ridiculous. I need every single one of my work orders fulfilled. I hate it

The maint. crew trashed out my next door neighbor's unit (5397 Bellefield) and tossed it out the rear upstairs window. The back yard is impassable, and the area outside the fence is full of bulk trash that will be blown all over the block. All of our yards nearby will be littered from this inaction.

Called office to put in a report about my hot water in bathroom tub not turning off, within 5 mins had knocking on door Ty and Ken came in and they immediately fix my problem Thank you.
