Crown Heights Apartments

I love it here!! Just moved in a week ago and everything has been absolutely perfect. The unit is clean, freshly painted, and beautiful. I love the color scheme and carpet. The move-in process felt smooth like butter for me. I've mostly been dealing with the assistant manager, Tabitha, and that girl WORKS. She made the whole process quick & easy for me and my family. The only relatively negative thing that has happened is there was initially no shower rod in my unit, Tabitha said it would be in Monday and sure enough- I had a shower rod on Monday. I was at work when it was brought in and maintenance left a neatly written note stating the date, time, the reason for entry & location of shower rod along with the employee's name. every crevice of this place is filled with roaches. the apartment management won't spray, just put out sticky traps, then use dead roaches as an excuse to keep your deposit and charge you. stay away from this slum

Absolutely atrocious excuse of management, worse living space I’ve been in, issue after issue after issue. The only goal for them is to screw you over any possible way they can. If you can, go anywhere else. I wouldn’t wish this place on the worst person imaginable.

Maintenance does good job on responding quickly and communicating about issues. Friendly staff and good about communication also.

Moved out recently. Giving a second star because overall living there wasn't horrible. However the things they charge for on move out are laughable at best. I left mattress and box spring, $50 each(which is acceptable and I knew about in advance). They claimed they had to change the toilet seat(I lived there for 4+ years) the price listed was easily triple cost. They claimed they had to replace drip pans (again I lived there 4+ years, price is business, also they way over priced those). They complained they had to shampoo the carpets (no pets, no guests, no spills) they are required to do that anyway. Only reason I didn't shampoo them was because I was told not to worry because I wouldn't be charged because they had to put in new carpet anyway. So they lied in order to charge me more. Thei
