Crown At Steeplechase

Tiffany was very helpful from the beginning. She met us on a Saturday to look at an available unit for my grandmother, took the time so we could secure the unit and even stopped by on the following Saturday to say hi and bring us a key to the storage unit, while sacrificing her time with her family. She continues to be attentive, friendly and helpful to my grandmother. She brings credit to herself and the property. She was part of the reason we chose this place. The apartment has updated light fixtures, lots of storage in the kitchen and fresh paint! It was easy to make it feel like a home!

If you’ve visited the office lately, you already know Tiffany has been holding it down all by herself for months, and she continues to do an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. She has been managing this place consistently maintaining the community with professionalism, reliability, and such a great attitude. There are nights her car is still here at 7-8o'clock! Her dedication shows in the way she supports residents and keeps everything operating seamlessly. I know I speak for the community when I say we truly appreciate the hard work and commitment she brings every day!!

I been here 3 years. Tiffany is the best! Every issue I had, she has always been quick w her responses and solutions. For my first apartment she made the adjustment very comfortable. She really cares for her residents and doesn’t make you feel like you can’t talk to her. I went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom & I love my apartment especially the master bedroom with the walk in closet. Only thing I don’t like is the gym area because it’s not big enough, but the neighborhood is quiet and most of my neighbors have been in my building since I moved in the area. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet neighborhood and peace.

I’ve lived at The Crown for three years and truly enjoy being part of this community. Ms. Tiffany has been absolutely wonderful throughout. Despite managing multiple properties on her own, she consistently follows up with residents and ensures everyone’s concerns are addressed. She’s easy to work with, always polite, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. The maintenance team—Cedrick and CJ—are also courteous and responsive. They work hard to keep residents happy and handle repairs promptly. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool was beautifully redone this summer, adding to the overall appeal of the property. It’s a great place to live, and I appreciate the sense of community here.

Crown and steeplechase is a nice quiet community. Tiffany is amazing!! She was so helpful and kind the entire time I lived in the community. The maintenance staff was great, they showed up every time I needed them even for a wasp that had made its way into my apartment. Overall I loved it there and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet and affordable apartment community.
