I can’t say enough good things about Betty and Shellie! They both went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and that I had all the necessary documents to be approved for my apartment. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, patient, professional and always answering my questions quickly and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find leasing agents who genuinely care, but Betty and Shellie truly do. I’m so grateful for their kindness and dedication — they made me feel valued every step of the way. Highly recommend working with them! I absolutely love my apartment and the Community is clean and quiet.

Completed an application as I was told they were trying to fill the rest of the apartments by the beginning of May. Paid a $35 application fee, after a couple of days i called back for an update just to be told i “make too much money” because the company adds something called an “anticipated raise” to your yearly salary. Before this was added, my income was well within the limit, but after they decided to add their own calculations without even consulting my employer, this caused me to be denied an apartment. Who is to say that I will get a raise? and how much was the raise calculated for? I have never heard of anything like this before and feel as though it is a scam. Why charge $1,000+ for a place just to tell the applicant they “make too much” to live there?

We did an application last year , we did not get the apartment , yet my application said the apartment was leased (the secretary told me on mistake ) once they talked to each other . They told me I need to PAY to do another application. They staff is very rude and give apartments to their friends and family

Will be aware because I moved in February another so-called management did my papers wrong didn't put my son on the lease for months later due to my son was not on the lease the management and the so-called area manager told me I had to remove my son who is disabled off the property I was upset I had a stroke on mother's Day now I had to call corporate on them therefore I am being evicted because because they because they are being nasty 🤢 butt I have never missed a month of rent it's 1201.00 a month. Didn't use the pool, could not grill and couldn't use the handicap that was used for a handicap associates. The judge did say it was wrong but God sure don't like ugly.

The people in the office are nice. They have a move-in special for one month free rent.
