I had a great experience touring this apartment community! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful in answering all my questions. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. I’m currently looking for a new home, and this place definitely made a great impression. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re apartment hunting!

If you have a bad credit score do not bother applying!!! Not even if you have a good rental history, it won’t matter if you have bad credit here at this place. Save your application fee and administration fee because they will keep it after denying you. We lost $ 250 with the application and administration fee. The only option they give you is to fill out this cosign link which gives you a ridiculous amount of a fee to pay just to get approved. (Guaranteed approval) This is not including the deposit or rent payments. Do NOT apply and save your money! They want over $ 2000 just to be approved. We were expecting to pay a double deposit because we were aware of our credit score but felt confident with our good standing rental history. Since I have moved in last year I have experienced nothing but comfort and excellence from every employee. Alyssa has communicated with me so well with questions or problems I have and gets back to me the same day. Maintenance is awesome whenever I put in a work order they are always on top of it but hardly anything is every needing to be fixed in my apartment.

The apartments are “ok.” They’re really outdated but at least they’re clean. The communication here is terrible like most apartments in Corpus. I moved out and was supposed to have 3 months to pay my final statement (I was told this multiple times) just to be told that I only had 30 days to do so. I was given misinformation on many different occasions… Just tired of property managers who act like their job is too hard to comprehend to give the right information the first time. Just be careful with the main manager here, she’ll tell you one thing, then it’ll be something different the next time. It’s like she’s a professional gaslighter, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

I had such a wonderful experience touring and visiting this community! Danette went above and beyond and was extremely helpful with the application process! The property is well kept and already feels like home! I definitely recommend!
