As a Locator, I love this place to send my clients! It is so unique- must tour to appreciate, and they treat each one of my clients as individuals. It is a must see in person- each unit has it's own unique personality. Ask for Gabby! She is AMAZING and will do her best to take care of you, and "welcome you home!"

These apartments are disgusting. They let mold build up in our unit, and me and my fiancé got very sick because they refused to fix the leak that caused it. We begged them to do something, but the landlord and staff didn’t care at all. The landlord is rude, disrespectful, and only cares about collecting rent. The staff lies, avoids calls, and acts like it’s a burden just to do their job. They ignore serious issues until it’s too late, and in the meantime, tenants are the ones suffering. Living here has been a nightmare — unsafe, unhealthy, and exhausting. Please don’t waste your money or risk your health at this place.

The AC goes out multiple times per week and they never fix it all the way. It’s been years. Multiple times in a week and it’s happened 4 times in a month. It’s way too hot. Currently it’s day 3 with no AC and they haven’t fixed it.

Inquired information about the property through Facebook market Karina responded to my message very quick and answered all my questions. I will visit the community soon. Great customer service!

Loved the place small not too crowded. Really enjoyed the interaction with Gabriela Godoy she was very helpful and really looked for ways to help me. I would really refer friends and family to this apartment complex that's looking for a second chance. Before I go can't forget to mention Kacey Wells my apartment locator definitely recommend her she's real good at going to bat for her clients.
