Crosstown Phoenix Apartments

I recently visited this apartment complex and had a great experience from start to finish. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. The leasing agent (Sierra) who assisted me was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took her time answering all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I truly appreciated. I definitely consider moving here :)

Very nice and private apartment complex. Great staff and property management addresses resident feedback quickly. Maintenance is fast with work order responses and units are perfect for individuals looking to live in a comfortable space. Area is very friendly for people without a vehicle and stores are near by.

I love the staff here and the community manager Diana she is extremely organized and on point. She is very kind and communicates well. Super easy to work with. What a great team! Thank you

A coworker of mine recommended me check out these apartments since it’s closer to our job. All i can say is, I was really impressed. The community looked really nice and well-kept. I really appreciate your guys employee Sierra, she was a great tour guide. She answered all my questions, showed me around and made me feel welcomed. She was very professional and respectful.
