Crosstown Apartments

Renewed our lease here because why not? Staff are amazing , every time I have to request for maintenance they are quick. Also they have some Brunch events, Pool party during summer and Christmas Party! So much fun.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and have no complaints!!! Alejandro and the entire staff are so welcoming and easy to get ahold of. Maintenance responds quickly to requests and everyone in the Crosstown Community is so kind. Definitely take advantage of the amenities, as they are often overlooked. They have a yoga instructor that comes weekly and it’s the best thing ever. Community events are also always a great time. If you’re looking for a cute apartment close to everything important, this is the one!

I really enjoyed touring the community and with Alejandro, it was a great time. The tour was very informative, and I appreciated how thoroughly all of my (tough) questions were answered. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, especially given the short notice. The amenities are standard and nice, and I liked how new the building felt. The floor plans are well designed, everything looks updated, and the pricing is very good especially with the specials. I also appreciated meeting both managers, they introduced themselves and made me feel genuinely welcome. I didn’t move forward due to a job opportunity farther from the location, it was otherwise a place I would have seriously considered.

Alejandro is the best! I called at 5:15 today asking if they had any later availability on weekdays to tour and he just told me to come in if I had availability, so I rushed over there and had an amazing tour. He took the time to answer my many questions and walked me around the entire building. Carpets seemed to be very clean, the garage gate was closed and the unit I toured seemed very clean. I love how beautiful everything was for the pricing. I also like how when we walked past residents or staff Alejandro interacted with them and even introduced me. Alejandro made me feel very at home and made me excited to consider this as a potential future home. He was so bubbly, kind, funny and friendly! We have enjoyed our time at Crosstown! The staff is very friendly and supportive - specifically Alejandro who helped us when we lost our airpods It fell in a place that was difficult to retrieve, and he and Abel were very helpful! . The community events and the pool are great too.
