Crossroads Westside

I recently toured this apartment community and was very impressed. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. The unit I viewed was spacious with updated features and plenty of natural light. Definitely one of my top choices!

Love the layout of the apartments here. We’ve been in a one bed that was good and now moved to a two bed that is even better. The way they implement storage in the apartments is the best I’ve ever lived in. Resident management was very bad in 2024-2025. We have new management that absolutely cares about residents’ lives and safety here and we hope it finally stays that way. As of 2026, we would recommend living here as the management has improved tremendously. I would have chosen less stars but the owner has changed management based upon many residents complaints and concerns. New management has been accommodating and extremely kind to us, which was not the case with the management before. We are extremely grateful for the adjustments the owner has made in addressing our concerns. This is

Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Grounds looked like they are well kept and nice and tidy. All the apartments looked great, so hard to choose just one! The leasing office was so helpful and kind! A great place to go if in search of a home. Thank you!

From the application process right up to my move in, the leasing team(Gage) was so great in helping me get approved within 3 days and moving in 3 days after that. The location and view is awesome. Moving from downtown Chicago to downtown Columbus, I wanted something in the downtown kc neighborhood and Crossroads west Apartments was just the perfect place and very affordable. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent Management and Peaceful Living Living here has been a wonderful experience. The management team is reliable, flexible, and always easy to communicate with. The apartment has a beautiful view, and the community is quiet and respectful. Most residents are well-behaved, creating a safe and pleasant environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home with great management!
