Crossroads Apartments

My name is Annie Gails I live here about 4 months ago sorry for the late post I should’ve posted it long time ago but now is the time. I moved from this apartment I lived there 3 years this is the worst place to live they said they was going to send a mold crew in for to clean the mold but they never did instead they’re charging me for blinds, which is ware and tear a closet that the people before them asked could they just remove it because it kept coming off the tracks and etc. They’re rude don’t know how to talk to you you’re treated as you’re beneath their feet take for ever repairing anything, this is the worse place to live don’t walk run past their I’m saying for your own good thanks. Oh yeah here’s the photos of the mold.

If you wanna hear a joke, ask the rent office when they’re gonna fix the ac unit. They will tell you to use your ceiling fan or open the window. Been without air since the snowstorm back in January, it’s now April. But don’t worry, they’ll never forget to send reminders about paying the rent.☺️

We have requested for months -(January until now from relief of being too cold and/or too hot the past few months) for maintenance to come and fix our A/C ( through work orders, speaking with maintenance and speaking directly with management at the Timberland Savannah GA apartment complex). We have also asked for compensation due to buying fans and heaters because the weather changes so frequently. They said this is a renters insurance issue??? Nothing has happened as a result! We have paid our rent on time since we have been tenants (for the past two years) and to be treated so unfairly as tenants is not right. We cannot receive any straight answers from anyone connected to this complex. The Hispanic and Blond lady that work in the office has been disingenuous since this matter started.

I don’t normally write reviews. However, this experience was exceptional! Relocating for work has been a little overwhelming, to say the least! This property management honestly made everything feel better! Almost like the mom I never had!! Her knowledge and reassurance was everything I needed! Thank you Melissa or Lissa I think I heard someone say. This place is amazing and so is the staff!! Finally, I’m looking forward to moving to Savanna! ❤️

Concordia properties and Ms. Sue and Mr. Joe are the absolute best! I came here because my old apartment complex went horribly downhill after it was sold to new owners. I will never rent anywhere in Savannah again unless it is with them. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for them. They are kind and responsive. Repairs are always done quickly when needed and the grounds are always beautiful and clean. They truly make this place a home for my family and I ❤️❤️❤️ 10/10 I highly recommend joining this community or any property managed by them.
