If you want peace I wouldn’t advise you to move here. I’ve been living here for a year and a half and I’ve experienced burglary where me and my son’s belongings were stolen, unemployed hostile neighbors who keep up drama, mold smell that hasn’t been fixed on over 6 months and my packages have been stolen. Office staff is nice but the negative energy me and my child have to experience on a day to day is unbearable. I’m a working woman who don’t hang out with anyone in the complex and still have to constantly worry if I’m going to end up in a fight living here. Everyone is knee deep in your business and at this point I think I’d rather pay full rent.

UPDATE: Maintenance/Management entered My Apt today (w/o My Permission) to fix a Window that was Broken by GUNFIRE on December 18th, 2020.  I did Not give permission to Anyone to Access My Apt on March 31th, 2021 without at Least a 12hr Notice.  This was Clearly NOT an Emergency situation where Access was Needed Immediately, since I've been waiting since Last Year for this Window to be Fixed.  Yes! Management/Maintenance tried to get Access to My Apt on February 25th, 2021 to do the Repair (which was 2 months after the GUNFIRE pierced My Window) BUT since there was No Notice provided to me, I Denied Access, because I work-from-home & I was about to begin My Shift.  Management provided a 7 Day Notice Last Week advising that someone would be entering My Apt on March 30th, 2021 to finally com

Leasing manger Brenda is rude I went a whole week without Air condition Since I threatened to call corporate and code enforcement Brenda claims she was waiting on HUD approval for a thermostat for the AC unit after 2 weeks of AC I was force to move with unknown rent fees by the owner Brenda she is rude and talk to people any kind away and when you talk back to her you will be kicked out DO NOT MOVE HERE they don’t fix repairs if you pay rent or not they don’t care Mr.Wayne (maintenance) has a drug addiction so your belongings may be stolen out your apartment while at work due to he has a bad habit. The office manager never in the office your time says 9 to 6 I go at 930 no one there I’ve gone at 12 1 2 3 4 pm no one there how am I suppose to get my questions answered.
