CVG has been a very prudent and professional company with regard to commercial development and management. They are very dedicated to their clients and go the extra mile to build a trusting relationship. I cannot recommend anyone more for those that want to develop or purchase/lease property, or those that need to someone to manage their real estate accounting.

CVG has such an inviting and professional atmosphere. They definitely go the extra mile to help you feel satisfied and make sure to understand your needs completely. I also appreciate that it is a family owned and run business, which is important to me to supporting my community.

We corresponded for 4 days in regards to a VRBO listing they have in Santa Cruz. I sent them my rental contract (3 times), I added information to it at their request, they took my credit card info. Never once did they mention through the site messaging or personal emails that the property was unavailable, nor did the property ever show as unavailable during this time on the VRBO site. Then, after 4 days and they could not possibly try to delay me further, they stated that the property was already reserved. This is, at best, is poor and unethical business practice. More than likely, although I cannot prove it, it is discriminatory as I have a Spanish surname. Regardless, I have filed a complaint with VRBO, and I will also contact the State Attorney General. What an amazing experience we had with this company. They exceeded ALL our expectations with a quick sale of our building and have been amazing in helping us remodel, stabilize and manage our new building! I highly recommend them.
