This has to be one of the worst places I've lived. Expect excessive fees on top of your rent. They charge for everything including pest control. You will have to lease a parking spot because the parking lot is constantly full. The fees add about $100-140 a month onto the lease. AC broke this summer and it took them over a month to get it repaired. While they did provide a window unit, the window unit that was brought to my place was covered in cat urine, which I had to clean. Shortly after I moved in I could not see ice on the stairs because most of the lights were out on the entry/stairs. Slipped on ice injuring myself, when I requested their liability insurance I was told they don't provide that to tenants. From there, the current property manager is unprofessional at best. I love the comfortable, attentive, friendly environment Crosspointe has been to my family and I. The way the management and maintenance stay on top of keeping the apartments clean and oriented is very professional of them! Lucky is a great maintenance man always gets stuff done the same day I put the order in and quick!

I currently live at Crosspointe Apartments, and I am seeing so many positive changes happening. With the previous management, things were not getting completed and there was very little follow-through. Now, with the new management team, I see real progress. They are completing my work orders, staying on top of communication, and even conducting annual inspections — which was not being done before. This property has truly turned around in less than just a month, and I am very impressed with the improvements and leadership the new management has brought in. I hadn’t lived in an apartment since 2009. We moved into Crosspointe start of the year. A new manager came on staff and I watched the property go downhill fast. I was a little saddened but didn’t lose hope. The last few weeks I watched as a new manager came onboard, how quickly a property can get cleaned up and restored to beauty, above and beyond what it even was when we moved in. Management matters.
