The hysterical motion sensor security system they have set up has been blaring "PLEASE DISPERSE CLEAR THE AREA!!!!!" all night long whenever a cat scurries by or the wind blows for the last year now. There's a residential living center nearby, and how they get away with this type of noise pollution is beyond me.
