I Moved in December 2025 the process was easy and the customer service from Liddie was wonderful. Since Ive been here I has a minor issue but maintenance took care of it in a responsible time frame. Communication from this Management Team is good. Like any place you have neighbors who may not have the same level of respect for property as you, but the management team handles concerns promptly. I personally have had no issues thus far. I feel I made a good decision moving here. I look forward to a great 2026 experience with my new community.

3 words! Don’t live here! 1. ROACHES- neighbors moved out and we started seeing roaches. They sent Orkin out once and sent fake notices about recurring treatment but no one showed up. 2. Mold was discovered upon moving out. We had to throw half our shoe collection away. 3. Katie the manager is absolutely unprofessional, unreasonable and needs management training. My husband was in a severe accident (car still operable), management tried to have it towed before they were even open for business hours to notify that insurance was coming to get it. The tow company and I went to the office to have them not tow it, Katie insisted that they tow it and stated we were violating our lease. I live in this medium-sized apartment complex, and management’s response to the recent snowstorm has been unacceptable. The snowstorm happened on Sunday, and as of **Thursday—four days later—**there has been no snow removal in parking areas or common walkways. Vehicles continue to get stuck, creating congestion and safety concerns, and residents with pets are unable to safely take their dogs outside. Management has sent two emails promising snow removal, yet no action has been taken. Under Katie Rostofer, this situation makes residents feel ignored. Safety and resident well-being should come first.

BEWARE!!!!! RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE !!!!! Katie has got to be the WORST property manager I have come across. These building have roaches everywhere, mold everywhere. Katie is unprofessional and just doesn’t care about the tenants and how we have to live. Snow removal is non existent and nothing was salted, I fell the last time i visited my family at the property. Code enforcement will be called because NO ONE should have to live in these conditions for the amount of rent that is paid.

I love living here and love the office staff, best office staff crosspoint has has in a long time. They're always available to help when needed.
