Crossline

**EDITED Crossline has provided us a great living experience for the past two years. Maintenance is quick (same day most times!), staff is extremely responsive and friendly, and we appreciate the care that goes into running this facility. In terms of staff, Aubrey will work to resolve any concerns promptly. She is kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help! Another nice part about living here is the 24 hour emergency maintenance. Having someone responsive on-site at all times makes us feel comfortable and safe in case an emergency were to arise. I would definitely recommend Crossline to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced apartment who takes their residents seriously and cares about our experiences.

We have lived here for 6 months now and absolutely adore this place! There’s nothing like having a clean new place to live in and the view of the city is amazing. We love being able to walk or scooter downtown with our pup. The neighborhood behind us is a great spot for nightly walks with the pup too. We are obsessed with the amenities, especially the pool deck. We feel like we are living at a resort. On top of all of that we have the sweetest on site property managers and maintenance crew! They keep this place so clean and safe. If I ever need any help they are on top of it that same day. We highly recommend this place to everyone :)

I had such a great experience working with Emma. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about making my time at Crossline comfortable. You can tell she truly loves what she does and goes above and beyond for residents. This community is lucky to have her! She’s really the best ever!

The leasing office staff is always friendly and helpful! The staff host community events! My unit is modern with a spacious patio! I have lived here for almost a year and a half. We have a large parking garage and access to street parking. I’m at the pool regularly. I sip on lattes from the coffee machine in the lobby! My cats love the space as well!

Crossline really feels like home. The building is modern and clean, and the amenities are some of the best I’ve seen. The gym has everything I need, the pool is beautiful, and the patio with the pool view is the perfect spot to relax. I also love the daily snacks and coffee downstairs, which was such a thoughtful extra that made life easier. The community is friendly, the staff are helpful, and overall it’s been a great place to live.
