Crossings Village

This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever seen or lived in, and it has given me wonderful memories over the past year. It has everything you could want in a home — full size in-unit washer/dryer, microwave, patio, multiple windows in living room, garage, and even fire extinguisher thoughtfully installed in my unit. The community is peaceful and quiet, making it a truly comfortable place to live. The management team is excellent — friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly efficient with maintenance. Sometimes they’ve come to fix things within just five minutes. All the staff are approachable and easy to communicate with. I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The apartment has been a great space to make my own, and I’ve really enjoyed turning it into a home I love. The pool is wonderful, maintenance is fast, and any issue that has come up, the leasing office has worked with me to resolve quickly—I truly appreciate their efforts. The location is great and the area is walkable. Overall, I’m very happy to call this place home and plan on staying for years to come.

I have lived at Crossings Village for 8 years now and the main reason is because both the office staff and maintenance staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Any issues I have ever had have been resolved quickly and with kindness. I truly appreciate the customer service experience at Crossings Village!!

We had been living in Crossings Village for two years, and it was a very pleasant experience. The entire management and maintenance teams were fantastic! The community is beautiful, and the facilities are well maintained.

I have lived at Crossings Village for almost three years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years and nothing compares! Maintenance is incredibly responsive. Most recently, we had our refrigerator stop working and Butch was on the scene within 30 minutes of my early morning call. We had a new refrigerator that same day. He kept us informed and updated along the way and was incredibly kind and professional even though lugging a refrigerator up to the third floor was surely an unexpected part of his day. I truly feel that the staff here go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well too!
