Crossings of Bellevue

By far the best rental experience I’ve had. The staff in the leasing office are very friendly, helpful and take pride in their work. The complex is quietly centered in a fairly wooded hillside, with an absolutely lovely pool and outdoor seating area located right in the middle. The car wash station is a very convenient amenity as well. Would have renewed my lease if not relocating for work.

Worst apartment I've lived in. Chronic mold issues the entire time. It got so bad that it was all over our furniture. Maintenance was happy to gaslight us though and blame us for keeping our office door shut during the day leading to the whole place covered in mold...right. Trash piled up constantly. Sometimes for weeks on end. For how gross the entire complex is, including units, they are way overpriced. Would never recommend.

I don’t usually post reviews but this apartment complex has been amazing so far! I’ve live in other apartments and this one has been the best experience! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! They gave me a few different options on apartments to make sure I found the one best suited for me. They are very communicative! Upon move in, I’ve had some maintenance issues and they handled the issues same day if not the next day! The area has been clean from what I’ve seen! It’s nice and quiet, neighbors are friendly!

I've been sitting on writing this for a minute now, but I don't think it's right for me to hold off any longer. As a current tenant here for over a year now, I've experienced impeccable service from the team here. They follow through on their word, tend to service requests in a timely manner, and seem truly dedicated to the work they do. They're extraordinarily kind and genuine, which is something that is really important for me. As someone who notices the little things, I recognize the attention to detail put into everything they do here for us tenants at Crossings of Bellevue. Lived here for years due to a now ex insisting on staying in Bellevue, and am so pleased to be moving this year. The manager is rude to the residents and is known for yelling and being inappropriate. Maintenance doesn’t get proper notice from the office regarding any issues (even when there is a phone call with a set time) and you’ll be left waiting for no one. The water damage is terrifying and any renovated apartment is hiding serious safety issues— go ahead and look up at the ceiling entry ways and you’ll usually catch some gnarly water damage. The townhomes only heat the upstairs. The outlets in the apartment only work on either the top or bottom half. The washer and dryer units are a JOKE— this goes for the fridges as well.
