Concern Regarding Eviction Handling and Office Conduct I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the handling of a recent eviction matter involving my neighbor, a single mother with a child who has autism and special needs. Due to an unexpected hospitalization lasting approximately two weeks, she temporarily lost income and fell behind on rent. Despite these significant challenges, she made every possible effort to resolve the situation. With support from others, including myself, she was able to gather the full balance owed. She was explicitly informed by the office manager, Daramis Vega, that if the full amount was paid by the stated deadline (01/29/2026), the eviction would be stopped. The office staff has been extremely unhelpful, and this situation needs immediate attention. My grandmother requires assistance accessing her online account to pay her rent through the customer portal. Instead of offering support, the office manager, Daramis Vega, repeatedly instructed her to use money orders. Unfortunately, my grandmother is physically disabled and not mobile, making it impossible for her to travel to a store to purchase money orders. This was clearly explained, yet no reasonable accommodation or alternative solution was provided. Additionally, the office manager is rarely present, which only adds to the frustration and lack of accountability. The worst service I’ve experienced here has been at this place I sent an email explaining the situation, and I’m sharing both my message and the response I received so people can judge for themselves. This is how they treat potential tenants. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received today at your office. This morning, I called to confirm my 11:00 a.m. appointment to view an apartment. The person who answered told me that there was nothing available, that everything had already been rented. I explained that I had just received an appointment for 11:00 that same morning, but she insisted there was nothing. Only after I explained the situation in full detail did she finally say I could come in
The lady in front office is genuinely a horrible look for this place. Very rude to everyone and doesn’t make anyone feel welcomed. Unfortunately this place doesn’t answer phone calls or emails so you have to stop in just to check on the application that takes 2 months to get looked at. I waited 45 minutes while she was at lunch went back in when she got back then proceeded to say my application isn’t going to be looked at for a long time because she’s too busy and can’t even eat lunch lol. Amanda was a much better fit for this office.
Worse place to try to get an apartment. No one answers the phone. No one is barely at the office and when they are there they lie about who they are. I was talking to the manager the whole time and she kept saying I don't know why the property manager didn't put a reason for the denial. Then you do their dispute for them to then you don't make enough after raising the rent during your disputing process to then receiving an email me saying we cancelled your application. It's ridiculous. Worse of all I had a reference to these apartments and didn't get help. I really needed a place for my family and they made the process so difficult.
