The worst. The customer service is awful. They have bought and sold my mortgage twice now and expect me to do all the work. I recently purchased a new home and would not deal with anyone who worked with CrossCountry Mortgage. I went with rocket. So far their is no comparison. Rocket has been great so far.

I would 100% recommend cross country mortgage Jason, Tiffany and Virginia were the most helpful, responsive and knowledgeable loan officers a first time home buyer could ask for. They answered questions within minutes of texting or calling them and responded to emails promptly! When I had given up on my previous mortgage lender with another company they came in and saved the day to get us the BEST deal on a mortgage!

Absolutely the worst mortgage company I’ve worked with in 20 years from a customer service standpoint. Changing my my accounts and selling my mortgage over and over again to different vendors, which they say “enhances my experience“ the only thing that they do is give me more inconvenience every time and make it more difficult for me to pay my mortgage with their terrible websites.

I’ll leave names out of it, but our loan officer mislead us with what we were qualified for and guided us into making a more aggressive offer. Once accepted and earnest money was submitted, we were told we actually didn’t qualify and had to go a completely different route increasing our interest rate and down payment costs significantly. The manager, attempted to help, but did the bare minimum to right the wrongs. $350 credit for the extra $5k we had to pay. I would look elsewhere for a lender.

I worked with Adam Penney at Cross Country Mortgage. He was very accessible, professional, knowledgeable and didn’t mind seeking confirmation from his superiors. Very pleasant when communicating and helped me to navigate through my closing process. I would highly recommend using Cross Country Mortgage while in pursuit of the American Dream!
