We refinanced with Cross Country Summer 2025 and were told in writing, by our broker we would receive around $5,000 from escrow. Then we received a $198 check. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and politely reached out to our broker and he said he will investigate what’s going on. We gave him weeks and we asked repeatedly by phone and by email and he just ignored us with no replies. I then reached out directly to the company on their site and still have heard nothing back. Do not trust what they say and I will definitely not use them again and looking into legal recourse now.

I've taken the time to read all these great reviews, unfortunately I wasn't so lucky. I had a lot of difficulties with one particular loan officer. At first he was really nice but when I was offered a better deal with my current mortgage, this loan agent turned unprofessional. From the research I've done, CrossCountry Mortgage has a very good reputation. Unfortunately I had the worst experience. Not only was the loan officer unprofessional, he was childish and vindictive. Make sure when dealing with this office that you ask for one of the loan officers listed in the reviews posted. Otherwise you may get unlucky. My experience at CrossCountry Mortgage was great. Tom Morrissey was our loan officer and he was very communicative and informative throughout the whole process. He laid everything out for us right away and the process moved much faster than I thought it would. My favorite part of working with Tom was that he was always available for questions and had a great response time. I would 10/10 recommend.

As soon as I spoke to Taylor Rogers I knew this would be a great experience. I have worked with quite a few lenders before but Taylor was far and above the rest. She is professional, personable and very informative. She kept me up to date all through the process. I was surprised how smoothly things went. Next time I need to finance my property, Taylor will definitely be the one I’ll work with.
