Great affordable housing with the best interest rates. Home comes with limited warranty and need to pay close attention to details and fine print. Lived in my home for nearly 4 years and have had 2 floor installs done. There is no underlayment installed by the builder which will cause all flooring to buckle up. Be prepared to spend over 4k on flooring and another 6k-10k out of pocket for labor alone. The vinyl plank flooring is supposed to last 10 years by manufacturer warranty. I will update my review based on response.

The floors were very poorly installed. The floors have been peeling and cracking right after the first year and nothing could be done.

They are very helpful from day one till you are settled in your new home! Michael Taylor is the best!
