Cross Hill Heights Apartments

Love to stay in Cross Hill Heights. I live in there for 3 months now.The staff are very nice and friendly, the residents are very quit and friendly. Also, the facilities are great. I used the fitness room mostly everyday, and party room is great for up to 20 people. Highly recommend to everyone!

Cross Hill Heights has been wonderful! I really have nothing but good things to say since we moved in 2 years ago. Complex is clean, modern, and quiet. Love the layout with the pool being the center of the complex. Living here feels like staying at a nice hotel. Gym is nice, it is small and has the basic equipment, so if you are a frequent gym user you may find yourself needing more. The community room is free to rent for any occasions which is nice. Overall the area is great with a park, donut shop, gas station, all within walking distance. I see a lot of negative reviews mostly regarding security deposits. While I have yet to move out I will say, I do appreciate that they ensure whoever is moving in gets a clean and like-new apartment. I was relieved upon our move-in to see that applianc

These apartments are in an ideal location between Madison and Sun Prairie. I truly enjoyed my time living here. The manager Joe and maintenance team are excellent at communicating and handling work orders quickly. It’s a pet-friendly community with amazing neighbors, making it a great place to live. Plus, there’s a small park within walking distance—perfect for a nice day outside! Neighbors / community is the best!

If you're looking for a fancy appartment in a quiet neighborhood this is the place. Watch out for nails on the road though, the construction crews building the place don't always clean up well one of the neighbors found a screw in their tire. I was a bit shocked by the price because it would cost as much to rent there as it does to live down the street and buy a condo. That's Madison for ya.

I've lived at Cross Hill Heights for a few months now. I've had Forward Management for a few years now and this is the best apartment I've had with them so far. Joe, the property manager, is onsite everyday and always eager and willing to help. The property grounds are nicely cleaned and tended to. The area around here is very quiet, lots of people walking with their dogs too so if you have a dog its a great place. I've enjoyed living here so far and highly recommend.
