Maria So Disrespectful & the New management !! I miss jasmine she was very understanding, so Maria will force evict you try turn Utility bills off if it’s in apartment name not knowing that’s against the law , I’ve been here, my name, not even on the lease any thing happen it could be law suit !!!! But since she want too have a nasty attitude Towards the situation I’m give her what she want . Do not move here apartment inside will rush alot of bugs 🐜 , Management is terrible. They will not give you a chance of nothing , The neighborhood is peaceful. That’s the only good thing about it. And I was grateful for maintenance to come through But Maria take two years to put into work order!!!!! please don’t move here if u got family or just don’t move here if u want better life

I worked with Maria in the leasing office, and she has been nothing but kind and professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. I was initially hesitant to rent at Cross Hill because of some of the less-than-stellar reviews, but I needed to move quickly (I had 5 days to find a new place) and I wanted to live in Rosewood, so I decided to move forward and I’m really glad I did. My apartment is beyond beautiful. I have one of the fully renovated units towards the back of the complex, and it was everything I was hoping for. The finishes are modern, no popcorn ceilings, everything was spotless in move in day, and it genuinely feels like home. I haven’t seen a single pest inside or even outside on the patio or the entrance to the home. My neighbors are quiet and respectf

Jasmine was the only reason I stayed and didnt fight with them too much, but the PEST (ROACHES)is ridiculous! When I first got there, they said the last tenants left it and that they will get past control. Okay, 3 months in... still filled with roaches so I gave up. I decided to not stay there. Even after paying rent for a whole year, the roaches are very present and very big AND they did NOT give me any discount. Not to mention, the walls are paper thin. Its ridiculous. Overall, avoid this place. EDIT - This is Google, I dont share my real name. I'm more than positive you know who I am, considering I called and spoke to the Spanish lady about this, and she said there's nothing yall can do about it. If you actually plan on helping, apt. C3 call me.

We lived in this apartment complex for 3 years, and I am happy to say that we are finally out of here. At first (year 2022), the management was pretty okay. However, when they changed their manager everything went downhill. Let me start with the maintenance, they are never getting anything fixed. I tried to put in the work order because our bathroom ceiling was leaking, but they never tried to fix anything. But then, the maintenance guys will indicate “work completed” in the resident portal even though they didn’t really do anything. Apart from the leak in our bathroom ceiling, we were experiencing black mold. The only thing that the maintenance did was to spray bleach on the mold that caused for it to spread and get worst. The management sucks, there were a lot of break ins in every apar

Told Maria a move out date , some how the utility bill got put back in apartment name , in Maria threating too shut off the lights until me & my family move out , she not knowing the law of force Eviction I call she hung up in my face . They have new Management she Terrible i wish jasmine was back!!!! But I been here over a year good neighborhood , apartment was Terrible keep up!!! I’m so glad me & my family found some way better . Please don’t move here if u want to be treat right !!! Thank you Maria for disrespecting me moving emotional not treating the Situation as a business women!!!
