Cross Creek

I absolutely love living at Cross Creek Apartments! The community is quiet, and well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything I need. My apartment feels spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and a really comfortable layout. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, but still close to everything like stores, restaurants, and the highway are just a few minutes away. The amenities are great, too. Parking is easy, and the grounds are always kept in great shape. Overall, Cross Creek has truly felt like home from the start. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

From start to finish Pam was providing an amazing experience for my family and I as we moved here from New York. The building is very well maintained and the apartment is in an lovely modern style. Pam was clear, understanding, and demonstrated excellent patience with explaining guidelines and expectations. Pam is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas (which there are so many ammenties and shopping plazas available). Pam recommended my wife and I to try Metro diner which we did and was very well impressed with the quality of service and food. I will recommend Cross Creek to anyone moving from anywhere that needs a reputable and safe place to live. (My pup Yetti loves it here so will yours!)

I have been living in cross creek since 2018 and the experience has been nothing but amazing. It is quiet and apartments are affordable and cozy. This place really feels like home. Rent is easy to pay online and Ms. Pam is such a delight. She always greets you with a smile and helps any way she can. There has not been a problem she has not solved for me.

From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I had. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step and felt comfortable during the move-in process. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and in making sure her residents have a great experience. Thanks to Mrs. Pam, what could have been a stressful transition turned into an easy and enjoyable one. I’m truly grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place to call home.
