I had to break my lease because this place was so disgusting. I was constantly killing a variety of bugs including centipedes, spiders, beatles and ants. I even had the health department come out which essentially solved nothing. They refused to work with me on ending my lease and now I’m stuck paying off a debt collector. DO NOTTTT LIVE HERE.
This place has roaches, the property is disgusting with used condoms at you door, and the units all have mold. If you currently stay here please call the health department and have your unit inspected. I forgot to mention that matinance will enter and go through your things even though they need 24 hour notice to enter by law. Get a lawyer ASAP.
Spend 2years in this apartment and I was pleased.Good mentainers and everyone at leasing office was friendly. I need a bigger place that was why I moved.
Happy to say I’ve received my first apart through this apart complex. Office staff was very helpful & welcoming !
