Cross Creek Apartments

I have lived here for 7 years. I renewed my lease. I have an issue. Courtney, the manager, said she makes all decisions. I asked to speak to her boss. She said she doesn't have one. She back tracked and said I can put my concerns in an email and she will forward it to the owner. Do I trust and believe her. Absolutely not. She thinks I'm stupid and don't know my rights. The owner of this complex is a matter of public record. I will play it her way. She will have the ability to read it and not send it. I think that is what she will do or claim she never received it.

I was shown an apt that after I had put my down payment on was told was already taken so Fernanda rushed me into a worse off apt and then threatened that if I don’t sign the lease documents soon that I will lose this apt (THIS WAS IN A 12 HOUR SPAN, she even told me that I was moving too fast for her??) Took me three days to get a key to the apartment when I first moved in... The bedroom door didn’t even fit in the frame- so it couldn’t close... The carpet is literally just glued down, I have to put a strip over the edges myself bc it was coming up... Kitchen floor is sloped so if anything spills it immediately spreads to under my stove... Refridgerator barely keeps my food cold (so I guess that’s good if you want soft serve ice cream) Property managers don’t seem to have best interest in

My mother says over here and she's real sick she takes chemo and gets her shots every week and I love her the people in apartment g constantly keep noise from the time and wake up to the time to go to sleep in the office and the office does nothing about it but if they keep keeping noise if they keep noise tonight from here on out I'm calling the police cuz I pay rent here too

Great complex, managers are awesome, maintenence team is awesome, no matter what the issue is they come out no matter the time, they are an on point team, thanks CCM
