Crooked Hill Townhomes

I lived there for 3 years and them homes are made super cheap. No fans in any rooms, ceilings that crack for no reason, water pipes that burst easy and let's not forget the mice as well. We put in many work orders especially for the mice stuff. It was unreal but yet they raised the rent every year too. We left the place pretty clean besides extra trash that was put in correct bins and they still took away 1k of our deposit. They charged way too much for some paint which we know our apt didn't need. We paid on time everytime for 3 years. The staff was pretty rude all the time when trying to talk to them. As a soldier we were treated like crap as tenants i would not recommend this over priced place to anyone. Also what place doesn't install fans anymore. I mean you collect enough rent from u

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The lady i dealt with had a serious attitude problem. She was filled with rage, hate and anger. Upon showing me a townhouse, she refused to walk inside and left her car running. She couldn't wait to leave. I never ever seen a mangrment office filled with so many people who hate thier jobs and hate people. Townhouses are nice but extremely all overpriced, $2k and up and a huge outrageous list of utilities the renter has to.pay for. Stay far far away "Crooked Hill". Its definitely named appropriately for a complete disaster.

Lived here for 2 years and the management got worse over time. They took weeks to come repair problems with the apartment. When we moved out they charged an outrageous price to paint and clean the apartment that was left in pretty good condition. They also charged us $100 for an empty fire extinguisher that we never used or moved in the 2 years. Don’t waste your time or money. There are a lot of nicer places out there!

Save yourself a million headaches, financial distress and rent somewhere else. Management is hostile, unreasonable and you’ll be liable for everything that breaks. EVERYTHING. The only thing management is good is collecting rent, harassing you and invoicing you for THEIR old appliances but charging as is they are new. This is the worse place I ever rented and will NOT recommended to anybody. I had to give one start but if I had a choice, it will be -5 stars.

Crooked Hill townhomes is an amazing place to live! From the spacious homes to the wonderful maintenance services I have lived here almost two years and I'm very pleased with all aspects of this community. Regarding the maintenance team, they are extremely responsive and fix things quickly! Maintenance is always very personable and look to ensure that the job is done before they leave. If you are looking for a quiet, spacious beautiful home with staff and maintenance who are very professional, look no further than Crooked Hill Townhomes!
