Terrible place to rent. SLUMLORD. AVOID. Over the past year and a half living here, rent has raised twice. The property has been POORLY maintained. Trash spaces are filthy. Parking lot has 4in standing water after rain. Stray cats will eat from the dumpster. Wildlife in the roof. The windows are very old if not original and over half of the units have cobwebs flourishing above their outside windows. Power bill is high. Requests to fix the air conditioning have been neglected FOR MONTHS. I have submitted for repair of the kitchen sink to have the ever revolving maintenance technician say there’s nothing wrong with it. (Water sprays into the light above the sink from the neck of the faucet). Hot water doesn’t last for 5 minutes. I have submitted request to have the dryer vent clean only to h

Please do not move into this apartment complex. The property manager Tonia is very strange, rude, does not care about problems with your apartment, and isn’t even remotely helpful. My dishwasher breaks once a month and leaks stored up dirty water. My a/c has been out for over a month now and whenever I would ask for a time frame of when it would be fixed Tonia would just say that she put in a “work order” in and that it will be fixed whenever maintenance gets around to it. She also will never apologize for a single problem or issue. She had maintenance put in an extremely loud window unit and when I would reach out about getting it taken out and having the air conditioning fixed, she basically said it wasn’t going to happen anytime soon because it wasn’t a top priority for them(not kidding

Please do not move here I was a resident over quite a long time ago Tanya is absolutely a terrible manager! It was an absolute nightmare. They will tow your car if you do not live here. Horrible neighbors doesn't do the greatest job when you have to not speak with the neighbors but she only do it to where you have to speak to them in person to talk about the problem that's not how that usually needs to go! Either way I know my paragraph is turning into a novel long story short do not live here it is absolutely terrible if you have to break your lease do it!

I would start off this review saying that the best part of the process with this apartment has been leaving. I had to vanish suddenly and I got a bill that was considerably less than it could have been and I have been allowed to pay in it as I can with noone calling and threatening anything. Now, this apartment complex shares maintenance with another and it is not always available. Problems usually get fixed however it may not always be in the timeframe you hope. Do NOT BE ENTICED BY THE POOL It is closed more of the summer than it is open due to chemical imbalances and frankly, too many kids peeing in it. I never saw a review that gave me enough information about this place so here goes for the future renters. I am just trying to make sure what happened to my husband and I doesn’t happen to another family. -Maintenance: During our walk through with the lease manager before we moved in, we noted a few things that needed to be fixed- one of the being the sound the HVAC made which sounded like a wash cycle. The lease manager assured us that it will be taken care of. She said the maintenance man doesn’t work on the weekends so we can go ahead and get moved in and that when he comes in, it will be fixed. One month in and we were still putting in requests to get it fixed. When the maintenance man finally came and fixed it, he tied the HVAC up- that was the fix. See the attached pictures. We star
