I been live in one of their Jersey City properties. They fired so many people. When you need a work order you call and press 5 leave a message because nobody answers, then you wait. Can be waiting for years to get things fixed. But they do a rush and fix when the state of HUD inspection comes. Then you have this company in Pleasantville, NJ that doesn’t want to pay vendors to fix our apartments. Im paying rent to live like this as a single mom. So respectfully why things can’t be fixed. Because if I don’t pay rent then you rush me to court? Yep, happened already. This has yet to be addressed.

This is insane Been homeless and dealing with CRM reality in Plesantville. For two years or more. And they constantly give me excuses for there ineptness. I am seeking help with other agency’s to help me. I am afraid of retaliation from this company. Been denied housing for over 2 years.

They have the worse people working as property managers. You can call their employees that manages the property that we live at in jersey city and they will never pick up the phone. Complaints can be filed for things to be fixed and it won't be done unless it's time for state inspection. This company needs to hire people who is willing to work and do their jobs. They are all lazy!

They just took over carmany place management in lebanon pa. These people are a joke... nothing gets fixed, there's bugs and they refuse exterminators...... just awful!!!!

Total bull for Mrs. Anna Gomez to first ignore all my calls regarding a very serious manner. The second thing is I finally got her on the phone today. I thoroughly explained my issue with a neighbor and what can be done about it. Her reply was he can do what he wants. I have no proof of my complaints. Although I told her I have police reports. A family member as a witness. Most importantly their cameras on several occasions. Be prepared to get no resolution on your issues with this apartment
