Crittenden Court Apartments

Crittenden court is an awesome affordable apartment complex downtown! Amazing views and location. Not super updated but they were updating units and the building when I moved out. The staff is so friendly, Zach in the leasing office is always helpful with any questions or things needed and is very friendly. The maintenance staff is great as well.

I would like to thank Zach for having me on a tour and answering all my questions so far for the move in; can't wait to move in! One year update: I really like this place, it's close to a local grocery store and my biggest thing is having the parking garage connected for the winter time. The only maintenance related issue has been my toilet floater which the whole assembly was replaced by it was hissing at me (running water slowly) serviced within 2 days of making the request. Mary has helped me with my lease renewal options. Rent here is a very good rate compared to most of the warehouse district. Thank you as always!

Be aware before you move in this place. Had a move in date for a certain day, I moved all of my things from my new place to the Crittenden day of the move in apartment was not ready, washer and dryer broke, hole in the wall and the apartment not clean, carpet horrible, went to the manager and said that she would take a bottle of cleaner and clean the place. Have been waiting for a month for my security deposit, they keep giving me the run around.

I have lived at Crittenden Court for 3 years now. The price and location are GREAT. When I first moved in, the management of the building was my biggest frustration. Packages were constantly not being delivered (or even getting stolen). Maintenance requests were not actively being managed/fulfilled. Within the last year, a new management company has taken over and the problems above have been addressed. Zach in the Leasing Office does an excellent job making sure the building runs properly and all problems are resolved quickly! I recommend Crittenden Court Apartments for those looking for an affordable place downtown CLE!

I lived here for a year and 6 months, and loved it. The location is perfect, view is great, they had secured parking, and security guards on weekends, and felt safe. The staff was fair and tolerable. They have a 24/7 gym and a community room. Downsides to this complex...I think, it could have been overall, more clean and maintained, but for the cheap rent, and fun location, it’s a good taste of downtown living.
