If there was an option for 0 stars, they would have earned that. Absolutely horrible management company, poor communication, failure to resolve any issues, or demonstrate common decency and respect to homeowners. There is no verification that anything is actually forwarded to the HOA board, and nothing is addressed in a timely manner. We have been dealing with the same issues for 18+ months. Also, Diana Crites called us liars after the landscaping company, they likely selected, told them we did not have grass for them to mow and basically told us to prove it. Well, our pictures and video cleared that up, even though Diana's implications towards us, the homeowners, were disappointing and unprofessional. This company is AWFUL!!! Avoid at all costs if you can.

Absolutely horrible. We sent pictures of the ongoing issues, over 18 months, and instead of addressing the issues, we were accused of lying by Diana Crites. We had to send the same information multiple times and are prohibited from contacting the HOA board directly. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

After dealing with Diana Crites on the sale of my home in Yuma, I am very grateful for her unending support and knowledge. Diana had an answer for all of my questions and was incredibly helpful the entire time. Her staff at Crites and company are second to none, and Jill especially was always kind and helpful. It’s great to see that professionalism and customer service extraordinaire is still a thing in this day and age! Thank you so much Diana and Crites and Company for your work.

Terrible service!!! When we moved out of the house that we rented fron them, Diana Crites used our deposit money to replace things in the house that we’re broken before we even moved in, We cleaned the whole house and the yard and still we had to pay a “cleaning fee”of $300, she never showed us any receipts from all the “fees” that she used our deposit for when we ask. While living there we had pay out of pocket for maintenance for the house , Do Not Rent From them!

When we moved in things were not even finished. The closet in our room had the glass doors left in the room. It has been over three months and still no one has been here to fix it or even look at it. I have a small child and told them it is not safe and still nothing. We got moved in quickly but that's all that they have done for us in a timely fashion. Even when our sink needed someone we had to wait for someone to come out 2 days later...
