Crexent Commercial Property Management - Fort Lauderdale

I've been a tenant at this location for a few years now. The property manager, Emilia Candelaria, is simply wonderful! She is very easy to work with and tries to accommodate each tenant's requests and needs to her best ability! Thank you, Emilia, for your hard work and incredible patience. I recommend Crexent :)

Sandra and Emilia are great! Today I use the Crexent as a part time virtual office, though in the past I've had a "full time" executive suite. The Crexent has great prices, and they also go above and beyond -- they do a great job of introducing tenants to one another and helping you network. They are always throwing business events and lunches, which are open to the whole business community. I shopped around town, and without a doubt.. Crexent is the best value.

A very well organized & well kept building. Dr. Partenio was the one of the best I've seen. She is smart, has compassion for my situation & I believe I am finally in the right hands. I would recommend her to anyone. The building has plenty of parking & is easy to find. The inside & outside of the building is also very clean just like Dr. Partenios office.

Great building with class "A" fully furnished executive offices. It is always clean and well maintained. The staff is second to none and has been there for years so they know what they are doing! They also offer virtual offices! You won't be disappointed renting there.
