There are errors : The towel rack is misplaced; it is placed on the top of the toilet which is not safe for our kids.and the toilet very high is not comfortable for adults. My child has to climb on the toilet to get the towel and jump back. In addition, I always find the towel on the toilet or on the floor because they can’t reach the towel rack. For the safety of the kids, I believe it has to move back to where it was before. Andrea and Paula were notified of this error but they said the owner wanted it like that. they removed the fence that protects our children from the street and from the cars that come and park in the parking lot and protect us from steal ,After removing the fence our things were stolen from the backyard, so we demand that the officials look into our situation and Re

Our family really enjoys living in the Crevenna community, where neighbors are respectful and always willing to help one another. Unfortunately, the management office is very unprofessional and often treats us as if we're a careless family who doesn't supervise our kids. One of the managers even entered our backyard without permission and threw away my son's goalie net after a neighbor complained about noise. We find it hard to communicate with the management because of their rude attitude, which makes things even more difficult.

Paola is literally the best. She is very accommodating and listens to my family’s needs. I understand I am renting the building, so some changes cannot be made and I completely understand that. However, there are a lot of residents that live here who believe they own their home and feel entitled to make any modifications they want. They are very nasty and need to learn manners. Paola has been a sweetheart and treats me and my family with respect. The area is a nice place and looks beautiful. But beware, the neighbors are nasty and disrespectful.

So many discrimination cases affect most of residents, so sad when a company use the low income resident as a bridge to reach the government housing fund, because No tenant can pay 3k monthly rent for a small house with millions of restrictions, except low income rsidents . we suffer from depression and injustice, we don't feel safe in our home. Management allow maintenance to enter our home with no NOTICE, strangers always through thier trash on our community also their office become as a disco or bar where you can hear music and fun... managers using the office as daycare for their kids, bringing their pets with so much noise, management with ignorance. Management need to defend, support and protect residential communities and not putting them under pressure and discrimination.

The residence and neighbors are overall pretty good and it is a good, clean area. However the complex management is quite unprofessional and cause the tenants a lot of unnecessary hassle. The most recent instance was when a notice was sent out that a contractor would come fix the doors of the 3 bedroom laundry rooms. This was supposed to happen last week over the course of 3 days as mentioned in their notice. However, none of the 3- bedrooms had any construction done, leaving the tenants waiting and the homes a mess in wait of the construction with no further notices or communications. This is only the most recent instance of such a hassle, however the list goes on.
