Crestwood Park Apartments

I really wanted to like this place because the apartments look nice from the outside, but sadly my experience was very disappointing. The units are roach-infested, and management doesn’t seem to care when you report it. Inside, almost everything feels old and poorly maintained — for example, my dishwasher never worked. When you put in a maintenance request, don’t expect much. Most of the time requests are closed without anything being fixed. The maintenance tech doesn’t speak english at all, so it’s impossible to explain problems directly, your requests just get closed without real communication. The maintenance tech never shown up the day your were told in the leasing office, instead, he wait the day you are not at home to break in to your house. IF YOU LEAVE THERE BE CAREFULL WITH YOUR

I am so grateful to Ms. Celeste Martinez! She has been more than amazing and helpful! Any time I call she does not hesitate to answer or return my call! She has effortlessly made my move in absolutely perfect! She goes above and beyond to take care of her residents! And our property is so quiet and clean!! Thanks again Ms. Martinez and staff!!

This apartment is a under a very unprofessional management company. The leasing office is rarely open. They never answer the phone and maintenance requests take at least weeks if not months to be resolved. Very bad roach infested apartments, you should just pay to get rid of the pests because the pest control never comes and does not work. I will not be renewing my lease with these apartments or SMP Management Properties. I do not recommend anyone moving here. It’s very ghetto.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Living has been a complete nightmare.. the complex is INFESTED with roaches, I’ve made complaints every week nothing gets done. Let me not mention the rats roaming around the whole complex. Please be very careful when considering moving here.

***UPDATE/RESPONSE*** I was NEVER told that you did not have a 1 bedroom available until the end of February, so that is a blatant lie. I was actually told that there was a 1 bedroom available BOTH times that I spoke to the woman on the phone. The first time was RIGHT after I applied when the lady said she's leaving the office and would call me back the next day (Which never happened). Then last Saturday when the lady called back to tell me that she got all my messages and was too busy to call me back, she said "We do currently have a 1 bedroom available" and I told her that because I left several messages with no response for days, I already found an apartment. It's really sad to see that not only did you not answer or return calls for days, but I haven't received my application fee back,
