I want to sincerely thank Shirley and Julissa for being such wonderful landlords. They were always responsive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my time renting. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly and respectfully. I truly appreciated their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive rental experience.

Moving into this neighborhood has been an absolute dream, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to call this place home. From the moment we arrived, we've been struck by the perfect balance of peaceful and welcomg atmosphere. We would like to thank Shirley specifically for allowing us to have this opportunity and move into this incredible place that we shall call home, she is truly amazing, very lovable, and very attentive. She has went above and beyond to welcome us, offering valuable help to make us fell comfortable and making us feel like part of the family.

I lived at this complex for several years, so this review comes from long-term experience. First, the automatic responses on negative reviews are frustrating. They always say something like, “We would love to speak with you personally, but we can’t locate you in the system.” I lived here for YEARS. If management can’t even locate long-term residents, that’s concerning. Asking people to call corporate instead of addressing issues directly feels like deflection rather than accountability. The apartments themselves were in poor condition. There was mold that was never properly addressed, carpets that were never replaced, and bathrooms that constantly had problems. Crestwood Apartments is a safe and wonderful place to live! I truly enjoy living here. Julie is amazing—she’s professional, kind, and always helpful. We absolutely love her!

I would not recommend living at this complex. The manager, Julisa, is extremely unprofessional and shows clear favoritism toward certain residents and staff. She’s very close with the maintenance staff, especially Wilfredo, and that leads to a lot of unprofessional behavior being overlooked. There were several times she entered my apartment without notice, which is completely unacceptable. The complex also allows tenants who constantly smoke weed, and nothing is ever done about it even after complaints. The apartments themselves are old, outdated, and overpriced — rent keeps increasing even though nothing ever improves. Also, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews online. Many of those reviews are not a true reflection of what really goes on here. My experience was completely different
