Crestwood Apartments

what is ugly is that the dumpsters are always full take forever to be clean out pool does not work and they tow your truck for no reason I was parked in a parking spot that was not reserved !! And still got towed was told that Parkin places with cones are only reserved !! Had to pay 219 to get it out the impound lot !! There never any lights in the parking garage , they say there is a security guard that’s a complete lie once my lease is up I am out of there !!

We will be leasing with Crestwood in the fall. The property is clean, the rooms are large and they provide multiple community activities. But we are really impressed with the management, specifically Jacey! They have been really helpful, nice, and easy to work with!

👎👎👎I REALLY suggest these apartments get some surveillance cameras on the their parking lots because there is so many CAR THEFTS! My family and I have been residents here for 2 years now and we’ve never had a problem with our vehicles being broken into or stolen until now. I do know that numerous residents have had their vehicles broken into or stolen since I’ve been here these couple past years and the office and managers of this property have NOT done one thing about it. They need to get cameras on the vehicles. They keep renovating the complex, but they need to invest some of that money on some cameras for their parking lots. I’m very disappointed in these apartments. I DO NOT recommend anyone to reside and come live here unless you want busted out broken windows or your vehicles stole

Victoria is the best! She got me in and approved quickly. These apartments are very nice and for a price you cant beat. Bills paid! They are very attentive to any maintenance issues. Iv had nothing but respect from the staff and I actually enjoy talking with both Victoria and the manager.

Moved in without any problems. First apartment a/c was not working.. But management went above and beyond and gave me a new apartment with working a/c. Can not complain. Beggers can not be choosers. Life happens and you get what you can. Be happy that this complex is willing to help. No other problems since then. Everything is going good.
