Crestview West Apartments

I am a concerned family member of a resident who lives there. I am worried for her and her boyfriend's safety. She said that the place is drug infested. She feels as though she can't leave her windows or shades open or even go on her balcony without someone staring and making comments that make her feel uncomfortable. She stated that she feels as though she is being targeted and feels threatened. She's made numerous complaints to management without any resolution or response. It appears as though management doesn't care about the people who live there or the safety of them. I hope management takes things much more serious instead of ignoring and refusing to "clean up the mess" they've allowed

Worst place to live, the new management is worse than the old management company, the new staff is rude and liars especially the new manager doesn’t know how to speak with a resident and need training, I have cockroaches 🪳 issues in my apartment I have called the old management they sent pest control but didn’t work, I have called the new management and and reported the issues first nobody was picking up the call when I was leaving the voice message. Nobody was reaching out back to me Then I was supposed to send someone to the office that they would speak on our phone with me to direct the issue. We have showed the videos of cockroaches. To the manager and she says that on Monday, someone will come and it’s been like four weeks. Nobody shows up. I’m calling nobody pick up the call. I talk

The staff are extremely rude we couldn't afford rent in our unit so they moved us to another unite that they told us would be more affordable it is not my rest has jumped 300 dollars they refuse to give me a copy the manager is very rude and abuses the power she has and is bias towards people and outback infront of unit 8 every night there's homeless people being loud through the night just overall bad management bad area bad people except maintenance they are awesome and always friendly

Toured with Gidget, She is very knowledgeable and has Great personality I wish I could live here but I Need a place with a gym and pool. But overall I loved everything just wished it offered better amenities.

You know I am feeling kind of great full for these apartments, when I was desperate and looking for a place they gave me one.Even though my health detearetingning, but they still help with things I can't do, like take my trash out. My apartment is super big, and everything in it works. They don't sweat me about my rent. They say we will work it out. They might have room for some improvements, but heck, so do I. They don't have bugs. So thank you, Cresview, for giving me a place to lay my body till I can do better. Thank you. Yours truly one of your tenants. Mrs. Riley
