I wish I could give this place zero stars. The apartment itself looks beautiful, the layout is great, and the space has so much potential, but the management completely ruins the experience. Chelsea is truly the rudest person I have ever met. I have no idea how she ended up as a manager because she treats residents like we are an inconvenience instead of the people she is supposed to help as part of her job. Every interaction with her feels tense because she always has an attitude. Any time we put in a work order she acts bothered and responds with comments like, we are not her priority right now. She makes it seem like we are asking for favors instead of basic maintenance that should be handled without a fight. It is unbelievably unprofessional and honestly exhausting to deal with. You
