5 stars!!! I applied on the waiting list in March we should be receiving a call soon, went down there THEY were very nice and respectful I hope we get in!😆

We have been on h.a waiting list since 2016 for a new place they finally accepted our application then they finally accepted us for placement at this place it’s new. now we are going through intake paperwork. Fingers🤞🏽 definitely crossed they are asking about so much income information. Hopefully they like what they see has been provided family of 4 trying to get a new home! Our first home away from family so we can start our lives and try to get out of here. We drive by all the time place looks beautiful in a rugged neighborhood but definitely better than what was there before. Wish us luck will keep yall updated

Only giving 3 stars cause I've been on the waiting list for 5 years coming up next month. But the reviews from other people seem great. And I like how close to stater brothers it is. Looks like a good neighborhood

My daughter just moved into these apartments. Her home was already broken into and the neighbors upstairs also stole a package right off her front door in broad daylight. The manger and management is all shady. They lie to get you in then they won’t answer your calls or emails. The cameras don’t work so good luck protecting your things. You can never contact anyone for assistance they don’t even answer for maintenance. Jackie doesn’t respond to emails or calls either. They treat tenants less because it’s low income. I do not recommend living here. Only good thing is the built of the apartments. I rate this place negative 100 !! Do not move here it’s not worth it

They seem to answer Google responses more frequently than they do prospective tenant emails. Then they claim that you didn't turn in paperwork despite they tell you they're sending your application to compliance for the past 7 months. And each time you go into the office you have to redo the same paper work and change the dates to make it appear as if they are on top of things. Just a bit disappointed with how my application was handled considering homelessness is rampant in San Bernardino and I'm not trying to live in my car again with my daughter. Congrats to those who had a better experience.
