Crestview Apartments

I have been here for over a year and love it. I don’t know where people are saying there are bugs, I have never seen one and they come and do preventative spraying multiple times a year. Maintenance requests are don’t the day of or the next day depending on when you log the ticket. The office staff is great, my neighbors are nice and I love the fact that the kids can play outside

Like I've been saying from day 1, this is a nice place to live but I'm tired of walking/stepping in dog 💩 when it rains, snow ❄️, or people are just plain nasty or lazy to clean up after their fur friends. It's always the ones who are always running to the office to let them know that certain residents aren't picking up after their dogs and they are the real ones who are not picking up after their dogs. It's time for those individuals to start cleaning up behind their fur friends and stop watching after everyone else. Just stop it, you know who you are, stop ìt.

The office staff and maintenance people are super friendly, and some in the office speak both Spanish and English, which can be very helpful. In the time I’ve been here they’ve gotten new roofs, siding, and windows, the buildings overall seem well maintained. I’ve never seen or had any issues with any roaches or other pests. The few maintenance issues I’ve had has been resolved in a timely manner. Overall a good place to live.

I lived here for a little over a year and I really like it. The office and maintenance staff are great. The ladies at the office were always so friendly and professional. The maintenance guys were always on top of things and they always made sure that everything was good in my apartment. This community by far has the best customer service.

The apartments are ok but for the price it can be better for a 3 bedroom 2 bath it’s 1750 but things are always broken there are roaches in the building. If you wanted to work out and you use the neighborhood gym it’s only 4 equipments and most of them are broke the screws are out on the floor. You can’t open the windows so it’s always hot because they leave the heat on and you can’t change it to the air because it’s locked. They tell you that you can’t have any food or drinks in there. And on top of all of that rent go up every year by $100 when it should stay the same because the apartments could’ve been better. Then mold just start growing out of no where but they are quick to come and solve that problem. The dryers suck you have to dry your clothes 4 times in order for it to be dry. Ov
